Two members of the Cheryl Grant Real Estate Team have been selected as Grand Rapids Magazine’s 2023 Real Estate All Stars. Cheryl Grant and Beth Grant will appear on a list of all stars to be published in the July/August 2023 issue of Grand Rapids Magazine.  “Beth and I were thrilled to be included among such an accomplished group of real estate professionals,” said Cheryl.  “We owe a great deal of thanks to our clients who have made this designation possible.”  The Cheryl Grant Team has received the Real Estate All Star honor every year since 2019.  “It’s a thrill to see my clients achieve the American dream of home ownership, from first-time buyers to those seeking their retirement home,” Beth said. “Being a part of, and helping to make their dreams a reality is what motivates me"

Grand Rapids Magazine publishers commissioned Professional Research Services to conduct a survey of all Grand Rapids area brokers and agents. According to the magazine, “in order to be considered, agents had to submit their total sales volume reported for November 2021 to October 2022.  The agents whose sales volume fell within the top 5% of the greater Grand Rapids area were named 2023 Real Estate All Stars.” Inclusion on the list is based solely upon agents’ total sales volume. The magazine reports “there is no commercial relationship to the listing and listings cannot be purchased.”

The Cheryl Grant Real Estate Team is affiliated with ReMax of Grand Rapids. Founder Cheryl Grant and her team of Grand Rapids real estate agents have been helping her clients buy and sell homes since 2004.  Beth Grant has been a member of the team since 2014.
