About Chelsea Spaans

Chelsea Spaans’ 18+ years as a Real Estate professional and licensed agent–coupled with a vast knowledge of the transaction process and title work–make her the ideal Business Manager for our team. She works closely with Team Leader, Cheryl Grant, to manage the day-to-day operations, community outreach programs, and marketing efforts. She also works directly with clients to coordinate the intricacies of each transaction. To know her is to love her, and we are certain you will find Chelsea’s warm personality and profound knowledge quite refreshing. Before working with our team, Chelsea held several upper management positions within the industry, including Transaction Controller and Manager of Administrative Service for two widely recognized firms. 

A west Michigan native, Chelsea resides in Jenison with her husband and two adorable sons. In her spare time, she is an avid photographer and enjoys camping, hiking, and, in general, taking advantage of Michigan’s beautiful outdoors.
