A new 8 home neighborhood will be built in East Grand Rapids

 The City planning commission approved the plan this week but it still must be approved by the full City Commission. Elinor Lane will be built on 2.3 acres at 1761 and 1779 Breton near Breton Village Mall. Valentino Designs is the Builder behind the development. Work on the site is expected to begin this year.
